You, no doubt, are learning a lot by being with the Scout...and can encourage your grandsons with what they need to know, also!! Wonderful !!
I have a son in law that was a high school baseball coach...he retired from teaching and coaching quite a few years ago...BUT, he is still coaching the JV baseball team only!! 
There are 6 high schools in our city... He also Umps many games during summertime all over the state....
