I did a little coaching when my kids were young. It was a blast.
A little simple rule that I learned. Keep it about the kids and teaching life lessons on the baseball diamond.
There is a lot to learn (and teach) with the game and I love every minute of it. And I agree with you 100%. Good leaders model good behavior.
