The entire department may not be dismantled but I believe there will be significant aspects changed.

Some districts are already preparing.

During the last administration - the DOJ (Garland) stepped into MANY districts throughout the US and told them they were "racially profiling" - you would not believe the destruction within the system that this has caused - and you may not believe the level of violence within the walls of the schools (and I am not talking about the school shootings that have occurred).

Changes have to be made or there will no longer be educators willing to step into the quagmire of the system.
