Get rid of preservatives like sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, sodium erythrobate, etc. Uncured meats that require cooking, like bacon, ham and sausage, do not need preservatives.
Foods like Velveeta and Cheez-its are not real cheese. They are full of junk.
And, everything has excessive sugar in it:
Bread
Cereals
Chili
Beef Stew
Damn near every processed food item.
Get rid of high-fructose sugar and use natural cane and beet sugar.
The list of ingredients in so many canned goods and frozen foods looks like a chemistry set, and it's hard to find the real ingredients hidden in the list. When you do find them, they're treated with processes like "hydrolyzed".
Many "fresh" products, like chicken and salmon, have undisclosed preservatives in them. There's no way fresh salmon is good for 7 days from date of packaging unless it has some kind of preservative in it. It's damn difficult to get really fresh salmon and chicken.
Use natural pesticides and herbicides.
Clean up the water supply. Don't place dumps on river banks, like 'Mont Garbage' in Nashville.
Outlaw GMO. Let's go back to heirloom foods.
I rest my case.
