Halting the tariffs was the design all along

They were designed to force other countries to bargain.

[BUT]...I hope he didn't halt them on the EU. Don't take the pressure off of them until they take our farm products. Don't just tariff their cars, ban them like they do our farm products.

I hope he doesn't cave like Reagan.
