And I agree with you...!!! I just received this back from my Engineer friend that has lived all over the world for a Tire Company and spent several years in China....and dislikes them beyond measure for their cheating....he says....Exhausting negotiations coming up for sure, but needed to finally protect and preserve our manufacturing base.
