...In spite of many years working on a computer I am one of those old folks who needs help (from my wife, thankfully) to keep up with all the new technology being tossed at me. I know several people in their late-70's and 80's who struggle with banking and more on-line. My wife is a retired IT person who does everything on-line and helps several neighbors and friends with all sorts of problems including protecting them from scams.
