Crew Dragon could be used for high-speed intercontinental travel. In its current configuration, it is capable of carrying several passenger into orbit and returning them to anywhere on Earth. Re-launching simply requires additional Falcon 9 boosters.

No Starship required. Of course, SpaceX isn't re-using the second stage. So, this would not be as cheap as an airline ticket.
