Mac C you are correct about treading carefully on disputes with right of ways. My property is connected t o the highway via a right of way on the edge of a farmers field, his property with deeded access, I think, ROW been there since for ever and mentioned in the deed to my property.unfortunately the field is not meadow, corn one year beans the next so one part washes out every so often. As I am the principal user I cover the cost of Maintaining such as installing culverts and topping the surface up with shale every two or three years with shale.It would be a costly mistake to have any disagreement. Peace and harmony. My property taxes are the highest in the neighbourhood they are based on what you paid for your property, seems unfair, so if you bought it 50 years ago vs current well you get the idea. No trouble with the bin service.
