Re: Grainger Market For James
My good lady worked for a company as an accounts manager, the contract manager used to get loads of game as his brother was a Ghillie on the Scottish Borders, the only problem for him was he didn't have the stomach to prepare it, so he would bring it to me, I would prepare it and keep half, we had a freezer full.of pheasant, wild duck, grouse, rabbit and venison. My boys weren't very old but took great interest in watching me prepare the game. I believe that if they knew where it came from and how it was prepared and cooked they'd appreciate it more. They still love game as we do and still ask if I prepared from scratch or did it come dressed.
