Lets wait to see what the "talks" produce rather than rely on press and other speculation. Plus the posturing of a number of politicians does little to help. The best negotiations happen behind closed doors
I think we all agree that Putin is the culprit but I am sure that there seems no advantage in continuing the carnage.
A realistic and fair way to end it is needed!
