Allan, Trump is an extremely divisive figure here in the US. Some people who support him think he can do no wrong and is the best President the country has ever had. Other people, myself included, see him as a danger to both the United States and the world.

The thing is, for the past 10 years since he entered the political arena, Trump has consistently shown who he is, even to the point of inciting a riot when he lost the 2020 election. In spite of this, and his criminal convictions, the American people decided that this is who they wanted running the country and voted him in.

I shudder to think what the rest of the world thinks of the US right now as they watch our society start the slide down into authoritarian rule with Trump setting himself up as de facto king.
