According to a USA facts web site site they state that since Feb ‘22 America has allocated US$113.4 billion in emergency funding to support Ukraine. However they state that just because the money has been allocated doesn’t mean it has been spent. Different web sites give different amounts so I think that what Trump thinks has been given is not necessarily the correct amount.
