Having spent the last three years negotiating Healthcare Facilities for the Parish with local NHS ICB's (they deal with spend and commissioning of services) I am astonished at how good they are at procrastination and blocking. The new man needs to sort those out pronto. They are huge in senior personnel terms (and the associated costs)
We won and are to be blessed with an "all singing all dancing centre" but the facility will now take about 6-8 more years to put in place.
