I have just recieved a copy of the CHRONIClLE from my family showing the celebratiions of the black and whites terrific won over Liverpool last Sunday.
I always when receiving local papers look at the orbiturie column l noticed a Margaret Rickerby age ninety died of Hebburn wife of the late Jim Rickerby l emmediatly thought of a Jimmy Rickerby who worked in the Joiners shop in Palmers
Shipyard in the 1950s you and l worked there during those years serving our apprenticeship of l remember the Rickerby family who lived in Hedgely road took you in to there home you being on the board spoke well of the family.
I am thinking could Margaret be Jimmys daughter in law and her husband be his son.? Take care .Bonnie lad.tb
