Mac H, I was reading the over 60’s are now working to pay for a lot of young people’s benefits. A few days ago a 20 year female was being interviewed in Nottingham. She said she didn’t think she could work all week, but needed her benefits as she needs to use it for taxis, as her mental health stops her getting on buses. She was she was out socialising with friends. She might be genuine, but for a lot on benefits now, it’s their mental health instead of their “bad” back.
