I'm pretty certain it's the ITM Challenger built 2008 with a lift capacity of 4000 tons. It looks like a 4 legged shallow water jack up rig it's transporting which are used by the likes of the Institute of Oceanographic Sciences to study marine life, currents etc. There's no drilling derrick.
