Brian, I have to agree . I’m sure you must have read about Thames Water. I don’t think anyone would risk swimming in the Thames. It is disgusting, and even bigger bills from this month. It was privatised without owing a penny. Now it bankrupt. The Australian and the Canadian pension funds did well and of course so did the bosses.
