It is similar here. The idea when the opened Waste Disposal, it was thought it would stop fly tipping, but then as usual the councils got greedy and anyone doing DIY had to pay as a professional builder for any rubbish, so although I don’t agree with them, just tip their rubbish anywhere. I can’t understand seeing old mattresses dumped in the roads. I thought if you bought a new bed/mattress they took the old one away.
