I have a house which I let. No way would I consider the Serco deal despite the money.
a. There are respectable people in neighbouring properties. No way would I inflict these people on them.
b.I dont want my property turned into a s***hole(despite the promise of fixing it after 5 years)
c. I want the invaders stopped sent back. I will not be party to letting them stay.
The thought of demeaning neighbours in adjacent properties appalls me but I am sure that some landlords will do it.
