Also, I just hope that if Landlords decide to rent property to Serco to will have requested and received approval from their Lenders, in the event they have a Mortgage. The other thing is Serco would be the Tenant but they would be subletting to the migrants, Mortgage Lenders, I don’t think would like that, also if a company, like Serco takes a Lease on a Property it is usually for the use of their own employees this would not be the case in this instance, in order to comply with the Law, it is a company’s duty to inform the Landord of a change in occupier then an Addendum to Tenancy would be created, will Serco abide by the Law - I wonder?
