I thought they were privately owned flats in Ellison Hall. I did read Serco a private Company have a contract with the government to find rental accommodation for immigrants. Young people are complaining Serco are offering higher rents. So pricing young professionals out of the rental market. Note once more it’s the tax payers cash.
