Our landline was turned off yesterday and we are now digital. If the modem goes off, so does the phone. I was surprised to chat to neighbours and my daughter and none of them are having a landline as they all use their mobiles. My friends’ are all sending me their mobile numbers. I still don’t like my mobile, I prefer the landline. I’m telling myself I must try harder to get used to it.
