Further to the Durham Court Flats situation

As I said in my last Post about the prospective demolition of Hebburn's 'Durham Court Flats', will all High Rise Flats come under the same rule ? ie 'They are 50 years old and passed their sell by dates'?????
My photo below shows 3 High Rise Flats in Walker, about a mile from Durham Court built much earlier in 1962 & no mention that Newcastle Council want them demolished.
Isnt this very strange?
What do Hebburn Councillors or our MP think about this?
Can someone put this on Face Book to highlight this.
