The online forms aren't small, I've helped people complete PIPforms etc but you have to wonder how secure they are, I know they're cutting down on paper but they're less likely to be tampered with.

Most of the PIP assessments are done over the phone so if someone gets a hold of your info they can apply for all sorts without your knowledge. This sounds like telling the client no but then approving and directing the funds elsewhere. Where are the checks before signing off the award.
