In the 80’s my pal used to build big storage machines that would fill two or three tennis courts cost £10 M a pop.

The Post Office bought maybe three, or was it the catalog firms.

He worked for IBM and then Fujitsu. The size of the machines decreased tremendously and so his job became redundant.
