Personally I think a person who comes to the UK should be given the Student Visa on the condition that they return to their own country once the course is finished, the only deviation to that should be in the event that war has been declared in their country. The student should also be told that unless war in their country has been declared under no circumstances will asylum be granted in the UK, at the end of the course home they go.
