Born in Hebburn 1941. Left to join WRNS 1959. Left WRNS after my four years 1963 married 1964 lived in Portsmouth/Southsea until 1967. Came back to Hebburn
bought house and had my first son in 1968 then a second son 1976 and wouldn't leave now, not ever. Hebburn on earth, memories are wonderful. Its a shame it has changed so much from
when I was young but still come across familiar faces now and then. I couldn't have been born in a better place!
