The long hair went so that diving hood fitted better

Now a Quarter inch crew cut which I cut myself. The main reason was dandruff, which got bad after I packed in Diving in the North Sea 20 years ago.

I found out earlier in the year that the main cause was dehydration causing itchy legs and dry skin and of course dry scalp.

I had for years used a well known hair treatment but it was making things worse.

Upping my water consumption and bought an alternative hair shampoo expensive at £13 per bottle but it works and as only use a small amount works.

I don’t mind any hair style as long as it’s as if it’s looked after. But some I think have you looked in the mirror !

I cannot stand a beard or tash to itchy.
