Mr A Polis, I think the point that Stan was making was, although he kept to the sudden change in speed, it seems sneaky....

This is NOT about protecting pedestrians from speeding drivers, as Stan clearly wasn't..

Just another "cash-cow" for the local authority, on the pretext of protecting pedestrians...

And they make MILLIONs of £££ from speed cameras!
