Covid jab

I got a covid and flu jab 3 weeks ago. My covid jab has left my left arm in agony for 3 weeks. The doctor says it has done this to a lot of people. His answer was to give it another 3 weeks and if it's still the same come back! What the heck are we taking? Anyone else had this problem?
