Mac Hardy mentions all the men wearing hats.
What I see when I am out and about is young lads with HOODS up even on a Summers day.
Ive seen a young couple in summer where the girl is in a blouse & walking alongside her is the boyfriend with his Hood up.
What a stupid 'craze/fashion'.
