This tribute to 'potty mouth' Sarah Millican aswell as businessman Norman Fay a Cycleshop dealer in Shields & a Roman Soldier was created in 1989 and is on a Wall in Tyne Dock opposite 'Kennedy's Pub'. It cost £32,500 paid for by a partnership between our Council, British Coal and some other organisation.
