I think this Liebour Council might be getting bullied by 'Free the Sausages Starmer' & his cronies.
Surely they must have the same opinion as us 'ordinary people'????

I know of a HMO in Wansbeck Road and another in Breamish St Jarrow & think they were converted before a Planning Application.
That is just 2 examples so how many more are there????
