The council is meeting to decide six HMOS across borough on Monday. Each application has substantial numbers lodged against it.

Our Government is so stupid for welcoming unknown people from Africa & Asia without passports or identification.
They are coming here from a safe country ie France so are not genuine asylum seekers escaping War.
The United Arab Emirates said that they wouldnt allow these people into their Arab countries because in their words 'they are 'radical's'.
UAE is considering stopping their Students from coming to UK Universities incase their students get radicalised by these people. That tells us something doesnt it?

This Council is so useless they will probably let the Illegals move into HMO properties without any Risk Assessments !

I think this Liebour Council might be getting bullied by 'Free the Sausages Starmer' & his cronies.
Surely they must have the same opinion as us 'ordinary people'????

I know of a HMO in Wansbeck Road and another in Breamish St Jarrow & think they were converted before a Planning Application.
That is just 2 examples so how many more are there????

What I find bizarre here is. The government and councils are constantly saying there’s a huge shortage of family homes . Yet a house that’s converted into an HMO is a loss of a family home.
