I have the NHS app, I can receive reminders about appointments, I can order repeat prescriptions, if needs be I can use the app to contact the surgery with symptoms I then receive a message back advising that I will receive a call from the surgery. I receive alerts from the GP Surgery advising me what vaccinations I can receive, I can’t, however, make appointments so still have to go through the annoying process of ringing the surgery, I do also receive text messages regarding appointments. Better than nothing I guess.
