Jarrow lost its last vestige of culture when the Philistines demolished the Grammar School building. On reflection it was earlier than that when JGS was downgraded to become Jarrow School.
I'm a Product of Jarrow. But Town of Culture? Is it me?
And Gateshead? What's going on? Will the application feature this wasteland?
