I was in the car stuck at the traffic lights on red opposite the Gospel Hall waiting behind a couple of cars. A nutter on a electric bike masked up came down the outside of the queue and turned into Station Rd even though the lights were still on red.We are going to be a Lawless Town if this continues.
Ive seen them riding 3 abreast laughing and signalling to each other going down Park Rd into Hill St Jarrow. They arent frightened because they know there's no Police around.
