The road surfaces today are mostly the same road surface our ex pats drove on years ago. The roads are now bumpy potholed roads and disgraceful because they haven't been maintained. Is ourRoadtax just another tax to pay for what is wasted housing illegalsin hotels etc?
Road tax was supposed to pay for roads and maintenance but its not.
