I have had some issues with Sky and EE, trying to contact them by telephone is a nightmare as well as other similar companies, the phones rings out for ages, then you get a recorded announcement which you cannot communicate with, get a message saying “Your call is important to us “ well if it’s important why does no one answer the phone ? Then when you do get to speak with someone it is a person who speaks very poor English and if like me you have hearing problems they are hard to understand, get so angry and frustrated !
