Telephone Systems

I have had some issues with Sky and EE, trying to contact them by telephone is a nightmare as well as other similar companies, the phones rings out for ages, then you get a recorded announcement which you cannot communicate with, get a message saying “Your call is important to us “ well if it’s important why does no one answer the phone ? Then when you do get to speak with someone it is a person who speaks very poor English and if like me you have hearing problems they are hard to understand, get so angry and frustrated !

Last time I had to speak to a BT person about a problem it was a Asian person so I asked 'Where are you?' and the reply was Delhi.

If that happens I ask to be redirected to an operative in the UK.
BUT
on a couple of occasions the person in the UK was also difficult to understand
SO
I then ask to be transferred to someone else!!

We are with BT and the majority of times we end up speaking to someone in Belfast.

I am with Tesco Mobile and if I have a problem I pop into a Tesco with a mobile shop and usually get my problem sorted. Had a problem a few years ago when touring Scotland - popped into Tesco at Dingwall- problem sorted.

I think most of us have experienced this Mac. It’s very frustrating and why we put up with problems for months and have to be in the right mood before we ring up! It’s really got to change.

It’s the same with incoming (Possibly Scam calls) received call this morning, couldn’t understand a word he said or where he was from) just hung up on him !
