I think that so soon into change of control Reform Cllrs will have many difficult decisions on their hands and the Plain Walls policy could be overlooked.
The leader say he wants "Common Sense" policies. Maybe killing the plain walls policy off (if it ever actually existed) could be an easy win and would not divert from the main thrust of change.
It would be up to residents to suggest this by making contact with Mr Mackings!
