I most certainly would not like to see the Royals replaced by a President, the mind boggles as to who might take on the role, a few names spring to mind none of them would be top of my list, in fact I shudder to think how this would work.

The Royals bring in a lot of Revenue to the country due to tourism, the Civil List is much reduced now due to a ‘skimmed down’ Royal family, I do think if the idea of getting rid of the Royals were ever put to a vote I, personally, think the vote would be in favour of keeping the Royal Family.
