I left St. Josephs school in 1990, and thats how I remember that area, when we had to run the 'Cokies' in PE lessons with Mr. Felton and Mr. Woodcock. Apart from the pollution, its a shame that the Cokeworks had to close down with the loss of so many jobs. I would rather those surrounding fields were still fields as well rather than housing estates.
