Your right Mac, most banking transactions have to be done on-line, organisations and councils assume everyone is on-line as there is no forms to fill in now, everything has to be done over the internet. Not every elderly person has the internet or even a laptop or PC. As all the high street banks have closed I urged people to have on-line banking so they can check their balances and make sure there is no dodgy activity but not everyone can do that. I think it's all wrong.
