Harvey St was one of the streets close to the border with Jarrow in the area we called 'Hebburn Colliery' close to Hebburn 'A' Pit.
I have a Rates List for 1910 and there was no John Wilson renting a house in Harvey St. BUT there was a John Wilson renting a house at 59 High Lane Row. (all those streets of houses were 'pit houses' owned by 'Wallsend & Hebburn Coal Co'.
Coggins isnt a common name. I knew a Barry Coggins when I was a engineer at the MOD's 'Royal Ordnance Factory' in Birtley 1970s. Surely a relative?
