I think this PRIVATE development is for anyone in our region that gets benefits and its not just for Hebburn people. The rent is over £300 per week for a 1 bed Flat so not many working people could afford that rent.
I just wonder what kind of people they will be to come to what will be a strange Town to them?
Why leave their Home area to come to Hebburn is my question.
