There are three rent levels at Griffin Court. Our 2026/27 charges are set for this year and will change each April.
Affordable Rent - £209.00pw for a 1 bed apartment
Affordable Rent - £214.50pw for a 2 bed apartment
Affordable Rent - £220.00pw (larger style apartment)
Meals (mandatory 3 per week)
Mandatory meal package for all customers of 3 meals per week (2 Courses) as a condition of tenancy at £8.50 per meal per person.
