I did a drive down to Hebburn, on 9th Aug. Trying to depart Hebburn, and avoid the massive traffic jams on the western by-pass, I ended up driving through Newcastle, and across the Tyne Bridge. A first for me. It was still covered in scaffolding back then. And the road works leading up to it were a nightmare!

It'll be nice when Newcastle is finally finished, as they say!
