Re: Bob Noble our oldest regular who died in July.
We used boody as monetary exchange at St Oswald's Junior school. There was a "cinder yard" where shops built by the students sprung up . Each shop had bits of builders material representing different products eg tan coloured tiles were toffee. Most students went shopping at playtime.
